MeterBasic is a hobbyist-level meterscale drawing program
with no usage or time limitations and requiring no key to
operate. It does not have all of the capabilities of
Meter.

MeterBasic. The downloaded file is supplied as
self-extracting 32-bit Windows® file with a size of
about 4 MB.
MeterBasic was updated on 17 January 2012 and the new version
is noticeably easier to use and gives instant feedback on the
parameters you are entering for the scale design. It also
gives the user an idea of what he is missing by not using
this program's big brother "Meter".
